MDO Nip Roller Basis Information

The MDO stretching process of biaxially oriented plastic film production line (BOPP, BOPET and other materials) is a crucial link in its production process. This process directly affects the physical properties of the film and the quality of the final product.

Preheating: The film is preheated under the action of MDO heating roller and MDO nip roller to bring it to optimal stretching temperature, enhancing molecular chain activity.
Machine Direction Oriented: The film is stretched between two rollers of unequal speed, significantly increasing strength and toughness while reducing thickness.
Cooling: The film passes through a cooling zone to solidify its molecular structure and maintain the new shape after stretching.
