Product Description

The MDO Preheating Roller is a critical component in the MDO unidirectional stretching production line. It heats plastic film to optimize physical property changes during longitudinal stretching, enhancing the film's mechanical properties and transparency. This heating process improves tensile strength, stiffness, durability, and stability while significantly increasing transparency and gloss for greater commercial value. Additionally, it enhances heat sealing performance, printing quality, and overall product processability.

Key Features

Non-stick properties: Teflon coating prevents adhesion of virtually all substances, even with very thin films.
Heat resistance: Withstands temperatures up to 300°C briefly and operates continuously between 240°C-260°C. Maintains stability across extreme temperatures without brittleness or melting.
Abrasion resistance: Low friction coefficient (0.05-0.15) that remains stable under varying loads.
Chemical resistance: Nearly impervious to chemical corrosion, protecting components from chemical damage.
