Introduction of Casting Roller

The casting roller serves as the primary cooling component within the lamination system, employed to bond materials like LDPE, PP, EVA, EAA, LLDPE, EMA, and EMAA onto BOPP or BOPET films. This casting roller utilizes a jacketed spiral cooling water heat exchange configuration, enabling precise control of the roller surface temperature within a ±1°C range.

This design ensures uniform heat dissipation during the lamination process, critical for maintaining material adhesion and film quality. The spiral cooling structure enhances thermal conductivity by promoting turbulent water flow, which efficiently removes heat generated during the extrusion and bonding of thermoplastic layers.
