Internal high-tenacity polyester fabric balances longitudinal flexibility and transverse flatness. Under continuous traction and slab extrusion, the belt will not arch, stretch or deform, maintaining straight and stable slab feeding all the time. 

2. Permanent Anti-Stick Anti-Static Matte PU Surface

Matte conductive PU coating eliminates static electricity accumulation during long-time conveying, prevents wood chips and fine fibers sticking firmly on belt surface, greatly reduces daily manual cleaning frequency and eliminates static fire risks in workshop. 

3.Ultra Low Elongation & Stable Tracking Performance

Compact polyester fabric base and stable thermal bonding layers control stretch rate to the minimum. The belt keeps fixed width and length under long-term operation, avoiding frequent belt deviation and tracking adjustment downtime.

4. Superior Wear & Scratch Resistance

Dense matte PU top layer withstands long-term fiber friction and slab edge scraping, resisting surface scratch and abrasion, extending whole service cycle of the press inlet conveyor belt.
